This 1930 wall phone appears in the "Fake" Mrs. Mulwray's kitchen (Diane Ladd) when she is murdered and the cops have called (Jack Nicholson) to come down there with the hopes of incriminating him. With the body in plain site, they grill Jake (Nicholson) in the doorway and point out his phone number written on the wall right above the phone which is on display. The phone, which was owned by the Ellis Property Co., was loaned out to Paramount Pictures in 1974 for use in this film.
