To Rent:
|
| If this is your first time here, you need to fill out a membership form. We require a valid photo I.D. (state identification or passport) and a current credit or debit card number to start an account. For your protection our secure computers are not connected to the internet, and your information cannot be compromised. We don’t make rental cards here. After you get your account, use your I.D. as your rental card. This simple step protects both your identity and your information. All you need to do is find the item you want (there is a reference computer at the kiosk by the drop slot to help you find things, or you may ask any of our staff for assistance) and bring it up to the counter. You can have up to six items out at any time. |

Rental Policies:
|
| You may run into a movie with a sticker on it labeled “Out Of Print”. These are difficult or impossible to replace, so we require a $100 to $200 deposit on any "out of print" videos. However, once you’ve rented fifteen times a deposit will no longer be required. We accept a credit card payment or cash, which will be returned to you with the return of the video. All videos, DVDs and Blu-rays are due back by 10pm. IF THEY ARE RETURNED TO OUR OUTSIDE DROP BOX AFTER WE CLOSE THEY ARE CONSIDERED LATE. We will check ID until your 100th rental, just to make sure the person renting is the person on the account. |

Rental Specials:

| Every month we offer $1.00 specials, either honoring an actor or actress or with special themes such as Christmas or something put together by our employees. |

Returning Your Movies:
|
| There is a night drop in the second door on the building, please use this ONLY WHEN WE ARE CLOSED. In the store, there is a drop slot below the window by the check out. Please use this slot DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND PLEASE DO NOT set movies on the counter, they could be misplaced. |

Reservations:
|
| We will gladly hold any title, including new releases if they are available on the day you wish to rent them. Please call 503 234 4363 before 4pm to reserve your movie. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve titles in advance at this time. |

Attention Customers:
|
| If you have not returned our product within 20 days from the due date, your credit or debit card will be charged for the cost of replacement, including late fees. If you have accrued $10.00 or more in late fees, a reminder notice will be mailed to you. If we do not receive a response from you within 30 days from the date of the letter, your credit or debit card will be charged for the late fees. If funds from your credit or debit account are insufficient to cover the late fees or replacement costs, you may be turned over to our collection agency. |
