Rental Policies |
| We require a $100 deposit on any out of print videos until your 25th rental. We accept a credit card payment or cash, which will be returned to you with the return of the video. All new releases are due back by 6:00pm the next day. All other videos are due back before closing. IF THEY ARE RETURNED TO OUR OUTSIDE DROP BOX AFTER WE CLOSE THEY ARE CONSIDERED LATE. We will check ID until your 100 rental, just to make sure the person renting is the person on the account. |

Rental Specials |
| Every month we offer $1.00 specials, either honoring an actor or actress or with special themes such as Christmas or something put together by our employees. |

Returning Your Movies |
| There is a night drop in the second door on the building, please use this ONLY WHEN WE ARE CLOSED. In the store, there is a drop slot below the window by the check out. Please use this slot DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND PLEASE DO NOT set movies on the counter, they could be misplaced. |

Reservations |
| We will reserve any new release up to 6 days in advance. Videos reserved MUST be picked up by 8pm. Older titles can only be held for the day you call. If it's available we will be happy to hold it for you until 10pm that same day. We will call you when your video is in. |

Attention Customers |
| If the movie(s) are not returned or if you have excessive unpaid late fees that have not been paid in a reasonable time frame, we will charge the credit card which is on file for the balance of late fees or replacement cost of video. If you do not sign up with a credit card your account will be sent to collections for replacement cost of the movie, late fees and collection fees. |
